We live today in the world that is very different from the one we grew up in, the one we were educated in. The world today is changing and the Pace of change is tremendous. We as educators need to pause and reflect on this entire system of education. Are our schools well equipped to prepare our children to face the challenges that the future holds?
We at SRRJV, take utmost care to teach children to think, to wonder, to dream and explore. The role of a school is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate & empower its students to be life long learners, critical thinkers and be productive members of this ever changing global society. This can only be possible is a holistic, student centric environment. During the academic year we, at SRRJV Khachrod strive hard to make the best possible efforts to inculcate strong values combining with academics and extra curricular activities in the children. The talents skills and abilities of each student need to be identified, nurtured and encouraged so that he/she is able to reach greater heights.
Aristotle once said “ Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all”. As an administrator even I believe that “Education is a shared commitment between dedicated teachers motivated students and enthusiastic parents with high expectations. It is possible to realize all these aspirants, when we provide a platform to students to think express and exhibit their skills. It is necessary to empower them to negotiate several issues related to students that confront them, of course with the help of their teachers being their friend, guide, facilitator & Philosopher. Children need a supportive environment at home and at school. They need to set goals within their reach and gain confidence, determination & willingness to achieve the same. They would derive immense pleasure of watching their dreams getting converted into realities.
I wish, I can, I will are the trumpet notes to victory. I hope to see in near future that SRRJV, Khachrod bears testimony to the accelerated growth of students with the kind support of our management team, dedicated teachers & caring parents
